It is recommended to book in advance. All bookings are confirmed when officially confirmed by the hotel. Bookings are submitted to a deposit or credit number. The hotel contract is binding when all parties are in agreement.
Online bookings are confirmed once the bookings fees are perceived. In case of refusal by the bank, the hotel is entitled to cancel the booking. The hotel is qualified to charge the customers’ credit card before arrival date.
The hotel stay is to be paid on the departure date at the latest.
Credit cards accepted : Visa, Eurocard & Mastercard and Amex. Payments can be paid in cash.
Per article2102 of the French Code Civil, the client is not authorized to contest the confiscation of his or her luggage in case of absence of payment.
A valid credit card in the name of the client will be used as the guarantee. All extra fees will be included in the final invoice on departure. In some cases, the credit card can be charged temporarily as an extra guarantee. Exceptionally the credit card authorization can lead to the client’s bank charging the fee in advance, before the fee being successfully charged.
In this case, the client will be automatically refunded by the bank.
The prices of our rooms are established on a daily basis. Any payment default will lead to the eviction of the client with the possibility of judicial pursuit for the full payment.
The French judicial authority is competent to act.
In case of a non valid credit card, the hotel will refuse the booking request.
The hotel will charge the credit card registered for the booking, for all extras (drinks, nights etc) still pending on the departure date.
In the event of any damage noticed after departure, the costs will be charged on the client’s credit card.
The client is entitled to a detailed invoice of these costs. In the event of loss or non-return of the digital key, the credit card will be charged up to 25 euros per key.
The french tourist tax is never included in the booking price. It will be added to the final price; for 2023, the rate is :0,80€ per adult/ per night.
Breakfast is served every day from 8 am to 10 am in the breakfast room.
If breakfast is not included in your rate, we recommend to book breakfast for the next day with reception . In the event of early departure, please inform reception and the hotel will organize breakfast. Breakfast is 14€50 per person, per night and 12 euros for children under 12 years old.
In the event of change or cancellation of the booking, the client must inform the hotel via email up to 48 hours prior arrival date.
If not, the client will be charged the full amount of the stay. Delays upon arrival or anticipated departure are not refunded.
Any cancellation , change in the booking 48 hours before arrival date will not be subject to fees.
In the event of last minute cancellation or change in the booking, the hotel will charge the full stay and will have the possibility to assign the room again.
In the event of change during the stay, the hotel will charge the full price of the stay.
Non refundable booking
When the rate is non refundable, non cancellable, non modifiable, non exchangeable, the hotel will charge for the full price of the stay

A group booking is at least 5 rooms booked.

These are valid for all bookings. Each stay is legally bound by the acceptation of our hotel regulations.
In case of breach of these terms and conditions, the contract between the client and the hotel will end immediately and in case of breach of the hotel regulations, the client will be expelled from the hotel with no refund.
In case of dispute, the client and the hotel will attempt to settle the dispute amicably.
If no amicable solution is found, the client can seize, free of charge the https://www.mediateurseuropeens.org/
within a year after having sent a written complaint to the hotel.
