LE Restaurant du Perrey

In 1857, Le Rayon Vert (previously Hôtel Hauville) was among the first hotels to open in Etretat. Staying close to the history of Le Rayon Vert, we have chosen four mantras : authenticity, charm, simplicity and cosyness.

LA CUISINE

Our Chef creates the menus according to the seasons. The selection is mostly organic, always fresh and  local.  Fruit and vegetables are organically grown. Our meat is French and mostly organic. The fish comes from the Channel or North sea, respectful of fishing regulations. Our Nos  “grand cru” oysters are harvested at sea,  in Normandy. Last but not least, everything is home made!

Whether in its cosy dining room or on its sheltered terrace, enjoy a delightful moment facing the sea at Le Restaurant du Perrey.  Just perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks or drinks all year round!
