In 1857, Le Rayon Vert (previously Hôtel Hauville) was among the first hotels to open in Etretat. Staying close to the history of Le Rayon Vert, we have chosen four mantras : authenticity, charm, simplicity and cosyness.

THE MENU

Our Chef creates the menus according to the seasons with fresh, local and often organic products. Our meat is French and our fish is fished in the Channel or North sea in respect of current regulations. Our “grand cru” oysters are harvested at sea,  in Normandy. Last but not least, everything is home made!

THE SETTING

Whether in its cosy dining room or on its sheltered terrace, enjoy a delightful moment facing the sea at Le Restaurant du Perrey.  Just perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks or drinks all year round!
